The steps from choosing a car to delivery in Kosovo.
Choose a car on the Premium Motors Kosova website, on your own or with our help. We then review the initial report and select up to 3 cars for inspection.
Before physical inspection, a cash deposit is paid, depending on the car value. This deposit is non-refundable if the client decides not to purchase after inspection. Physical inspection is performed by our partners in South Korea, presenting the buyer with all findings, photos, and videos.
After the buyer accepts the car condition following inspection, the purchase invoice is issued. The remaining balance is paid within 24 hours of receiving invoice by bank transfer directly to the Korean company's official account.

The vehicle is loaded onto the next available RORO vessel. Delivery is targeted within 35 days of vehicle departure from South Korea. This timeline excludes force majeure or unforeseen third-party delays (shipping lines or port/customs inspections).

ICE CUBE guarantees only the points and parts checked and declared in the inspection section of the purchase contract.
Work and repairs on the engine and gearbox are reimbursed based on documented repair invoices, after the Korean company has compensated ICE CUBE.
Buyer has the right to inspect at Auto Servis Leoni (the company's authorized mechanic) as well as an independent mechanic of their choice. Additionally, on request, the brand's authorized representative in Kosovo may verify mileage or accident history.
If an inspection in Kosovo confirms an accident or panel damage not listed in the inspection report, the contract provides an 8% reduction in the vehicle's value.
If the brand's authorized representative verifies odometer manipulation, compensation is 15% of the paid vehicle amount, excluding transport and PMK commission.
Claims and complaints regarding vehicle condition may be submitted within 7 calendar days from receipt of the vehicle at the customs terminal.
